• 1. Acceptance of Terms

  By accessing or using any services provided by Digital Ckreation ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• 2. Services

  We offer:

  • Web Design & Development
  • Basic SEO
  • Website Maintenance
  • Hosting (reseller or sourcing)
  • Media and Graphic Design
  • Email & Media Marketing (basic)

  Services may evolve or expand over time.

• 3. Payments and Deposits

  • 50% deposit is required to begin work (non-refundable).
  • Projects over ₱50,000 may be divided into three milestone payments.
  • The final balance is due before project delivery.
  • Late payments may delay your project timeline.

• 4. Revisions

  • Packages include 1 to 3 revisions or unlimited based on agreement.
  • Extra revisions outside scope may incur additional charges.

• 5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely feedback, assets, and approvals.
  • Ensure all content submitted is legally owned or licensed.

• 6. Ownership and Credit

  • Upon full payment, the client owns the final design and code.
  • We may display the project in our portfolio.
  • We request credit when appropriate to build trust and reputation.

• 7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation after mockup or development forfeits deposit.
  • Reasonable refund requests may be considered with valid justification.

• 8. Confidentiality

  We treat all client information and project data as confidential and will not disclose it without consent.

• 9. Limitation of Liability

  We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or third-party service issues.

• 10. Termination

  • We may terminate the project in cases of non-payment, abuse, or violation of these terms.
